Special times require special measures, we are aware of this requirement and have therefore listed our hygiene measures for you below for an overview.
Accommodation in the Nena Apartments allows you the greatest possible individuality and freedom. At the same time, we are always there for you if you have any questions or need our support.
Reduction of contacts
To minimize health risks, we offer you the reduction of direct contacts right from the start. Payment is cashless, without the usual check-out procedure of the hotel industry. You will receive your invoice from us digitally to the e-mail address you have provided. Of course, we are at your disposal for questions and information about the check out and invoice dispatch.
Minimum distance and distance protection
To protect everyone, compliance with the recommended minimum distance of 1.5m is an essential criterion. This is made possible in all public areas, so that every guest as well as our employees can minimize the risk of infection at any time. In addition, wearing of a mouth-nose cover is prescribed in all public areas of the house. For limited rooms such as elevators or offices, a maximum number of people appropriate to the area is clearly displayed. For conversations and other necessary procedures at the reception, a distance protection made of Plexiglas serves for further safety.
Compliance with hygiene standards
Our guests and employees are required for careful and regular hand hygiene. The notice of recommendations for optimal compliance with hand hygiene and other hygiene standards are clearly displayed in all relevant places in the public areas. In addition, we regularly inform and train our employees about the latest hygiene requirements. All contact areas in public areas such as door handles, surfaces, sanitary areas, room keys or cards are regularly cleaned and disinfected. Disinfectant dispensers are placed in prominent places throughout the house.
Cleaning of the apartments
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional service provider before each arrival. Before each new occupancy, the apartments are well aired and the bed linen and towels used are cleaned by an external laundry in compliance with the required safety and hygiene standards. Once a week the apartment is professionally cleaned and surfaces and sanitary areas are treated with disinfectant. If you do not wish your apartment to be entered during your stay, please inform our staff accordingly.
